The Chicken (Kienyeji Style): Our chicken is slow-simmered to bring out its deep, organic flavor. It is cooked in a rich, traditional “Wet Fry” sauce of onions, tomatoes, and fresh coriander (dania) until the meat is tender and the sauce is thick enough to be scooped.

The Ugali: Made from premium white maize flour, our Ugali is whisked over high heat to achieve that iconic smooth, firm texture. It’s the perfect, filling accompaniment to the savory chicken gravy.
